Definitions: . Preying on beginners and weaker players for no apparent reason. . Charge anything to avoid killing a player who is not hunted. . Hunt players who have no involvement in wars and the like. *¹ All hunts must be justified on the RadBR forum [2]. Players who systematically organize themselves to hunt other players in an abusive manner will be warned and, in case of repeat offenses, punished with interventions that could lead to a permanent ban. 3. Regulation of Workday Facilitating Software: BOT The use of BOTs, macros and other similar programs is regulated as follows: a) BOT: Although not endorsed, recommended, guided, or indicated by RadBR or its Staff, the use of BOT functions is permitted on RadBR servers as long as they do not directly harm the proper functioning of the server and the well-being of players; a.1) RadBR allows, according to popular demand from its players and feedback on their choice, the use of BOT as a journey facilitator, but does not endorse or recommend it; a.2) Therefore, RadBR is not responsible for any problems, conflicts, impasses, or related issues that may arise from the use of BOT; a.3) Likewise, RadBR does not recommend, and is not responsible for, the download of external BOT or related programs and software, or files and scripts for them; a.4) The implementation, due to popular demand and feedback from RadBR players, of a BOT integrated into our Own Client serves as a journey facilitator. However, RadBR also does not recommend or be responsible for unofficial downloads of scripts, modifiers, macros, and related items. b) It is forbidden to use a weaker character as a façade to benefit another, stronger character. c) Use any possible means that provides advantages or actions that the RadBR Team's investigative and thorough analysis considers excessive or abusive. 4. Regulation of Journey Facilitating Software: Multi-Client (MC) Use of multiclient and/or any other software that gives you an unfair advantage is regulated to allow or prohibit, by popular demand and feedback chosen by RadBR players, the following contexts: a) The use of two or more characters at the same time is considered Multi-Client, regardless of whether it is the same computer, or different computers on the same network, whether through different or camouflaged connections [3]. b) The use of Multi-Client in basic situations, such as hunting or enjoying monsters and open locations, is permitted, due to popular demand from its players and feedback on their choice. c) The use of Multi-Client is also permitted, under equal terms, if the player needs additional characters for quests, missions, group dynamics, and bosses, as long as it does not harm the experience of other players, and only helps in fulfilling your goals and fun; c.1) Cases where the use of Multi-Client may be considered abusive, excessive, or causing direct injury or harm to the proper functioning of the server, and the well-being of its players, may be communicated to the player in advance as a warning or instruction by the RadBR Team; c.2) In such cases, you may be warned, as a force of rule and regulation subject to intervention and/or punitive measures, that recurrences of this use considered abusive may culminate in punishments. d) The use of Multi-Client for PvP dynamics such as conflicts and wars is allowed, by popular demand and feedback from RadBR players, with a maximum of 4 characters for each player; d.1) The use of Multi-Client for PvP dynamics, in accordance with these terms, must comply with the server's Rules and Guidelines, the Multi-Client rules and regulations, and the PvP rules and regulations; d.2) The use of Multi-Client for PvP dynamics, in accordance with these terms, for unjustified frags, or abusive pursuits of characters, in unfair numbers or in abuse of MC permissibility, may receive interventions or punishments, also guided by the rules in 2. Actions *¹. e) The use of Multi-Client for event, social, or special dynamics in general, may be restricted or prohibited if it negatively interferes with their functioning, and may be specified in official communications or information from RadBR and the RadBR Team, with force and rule value; e.1) Therefore, according to these terms, this use, if judged excessive or abusive, with instructions with the force of rule prohibiting it, may result in intervention measures or punishments. f) The use of Multi-Client to generate unrest, forge a larger sample of opinion or conflict, or forge false reports on a larger scale, is expressly prohibited. 5. Cheating and Abuse a) Spawn and respawn: Prevent/block the respawn of creatures through the use of runes, spells and/or the like that prevent the appearance of creatures, if possible; a.1) Although blocking spawns and respawns is prohibited by rule, it is important to remember that currently, due to popular demand and feedback from RadBR players, Kill-Steal (KS) and luring are not considered infractions per se ; a.2) However, if there are aggravating factors for these situations, especially in cases of luring creatures under abusive use of functions or in conjunction with any other rule break, it is possible to have intervention and/or punitive measures. • The respawn of all creatures in the game is currently undisturbed (by the presence of players). b) Information: false information, data, or supposed informative visual evidence, with harmful content, and/or in boycott of RadBR, its services, and the functions of the RadBR Team, are strictly prohibited; b.1) False information that also encourages boycott or exodus of players, or used with bad intentions to obtain advantages against other players, RadBR, and the RadBR Team, may constitute a very serious infraction with more severe intervention and/or punitive measures ; b.2) False information between players, that is, between players, may also constitute a Privacy Violation, in accordance with rules e) and f) of section 2. Definitions: . Player(s) who take the opportunity to kill a character several times in order to climb the frag rank. . Player dies on purpose so the victim can obtain frags or a certain type of skull, be it white, red or black. . Player(s) who take advantage and kill the victim(s) may be punished. Actions. b) Irregular Commerce: the only chat channel aimed at Commerce is currently the Advertising Channel; b.1) Messages from advertisements, commerce, and offers outside the Advertising Channel, in repeat or worsening cases, will receive direct MUTE without the need for warnings; b.2) It is expressly prohibited to send advertisements, offer messages and commerce on the Game-Chat and Advertising Channels; b.3) SPAM of commercial messages on the Advertising Channel, respecting the channel sending cooldown, or even by multiple characters, is permitted as long as it is not used for abuse. c) Illegal Commerce: the use of commercial messages, offers, and advertisements that involve items, accounts, assets, or related items, from other servers, games, or platforms, or that violate any rule directly or indirectly; d) SPAM: d.1) SPAM on the Game-Chat Channel: as the Game-Chat Channel has minimal restrictions for sending messages, SPAM (sending repeated messages, similar/identical or not, in high quantities in short time intervals) is strictly prohibited ; d.2) SPAM on the Help Channel: sending the same question, the same answer, or similar variations, as SPAM (sending repeated messages, similar/identical or not, in large quantities in short time intervals); d.3) SPAM in the Reporting Channel: only a single report through the Reporting Channel is necessary for direct forwarding to the server and the RadBR Team. Excessive SPAM (in a short period of time) of messages on this channel, whether true or not, may result in prior instruction and, if repeated, muting; d.4) Smoke Bombs: Phrases intended to harm vision and/or communication between players, in an intense volume of characters, on public or private channels; d.5) SPAM in Private Messages: even with the Block Character trick, SPAM (sending repeated messages, similar/identical or not, in large quantities in short intervals of time) to a player in Private Message is also prohibited, on one or more characters in SPAM, although with lesser rule force if it does not involve aggravating factors. e) Reporting Channel: e.1) False reports or reports in an attempt to harm another player, or divert attention to a report from themselves are prohibited; e.2) Messages not containing explicit denunciations or direct reports are prohibited; e.3) It is always recommended that the player sends the report directly via the Reporting Channel, in as many messages as necessary to explain his report, as long as he avoids SPAM; e.4) It is always recommended that the player sends the report directly via the Reporting Channel, avoiding intermediate messages (such as "I want to report a bug", "Can I report a bug?", or related) f) Channel Casts: f.1) Misuse of the channel as message SPAM, opening and closing broadcasts of your character(s); f.2) Misuse of the channel with open messages, or any type of interaction. The Casts Channel only serves as an index of Cast activities. g) Team Messages: messages looking for teams for hunts, bosses, missions, or looking for guilds and recruitment, can be made without SPAM through the Game-Chat Channel, and also through the Advertising Channel. Never through Canal Help. • Mute Clause: MUTE/muting is a measure where the RadBR Team prevents messages from the character for a specific time. MUTE may begin at shorter intervals of time, depending on the severity of the message receiving punitive measures, and in repeat offenses it may progress to longer durations, or even more severe measures such as JAIL (jail) and bans. Muting can also be automatically activated by the server, if it sends several messages consecutively in short time intervals. 9. Inactive accounts and characters RadBR periodically scans the database, permanently deleting accounts and characters that are inactive. This scan is always informed in advance through our forum and/or website and may result in the exclusion of characters with (but not limited to): a) Level 100 or lower, without reset who have not logged into the game for more than 6 months. b) Any level without reset that has not been logged into the game for more than 1 year. c) Accounts that do not contain any characters. . There is no compensation to be considered for the deletion of accounts, characters and consequently items, gold bars and the like that are stored in them. Deletion is irreversible - to avoid it, log in to all your characters periodically. 10. Data Processing and Vital Issues a) The personal data collected when accessing the website and/or using our services (including, but not limited to): IP, account, password, e-mail, time and content of conversations and expressions of opinions, are recorded by RadBR control and investigation purposes in the event of complaints and/or reports of behavior that violates our terms. b) All virtual data (including, but not limited to): character, account, items, are properties of RadBR, which grants permission for use by players, this permission may be removed at any time for any reason, determined solely by RadBR , in order to maintain guaranteed fun for our players, and also to regulate infractions and irregular conduct that may affect the proper functioning of the server, and the general well-being of the community. c) RadBR is not responsible for accounts, characters, items, among others under any circumstances. From the moment the account is created, the responsibility lies entirely with the player. c.1) RadBR reserves the right to analyze and judge certain cases, individual and/or difficult to fit within the prescribed terms. c.2) RadBR and the RadBR Team may engage in special investigations in cases of reporting or more complex demands, even though they are not responsible for cases in accordance with the terms above, with extraordinary deferral measures to accommodate the player and reduce damages; c.3) The same is true only if the case has enough beneficial evidence and investigations, only to alleviate situations of stress and discomfort for players; c.4) The RadBR team is voluntary and without remuneration, therefore, it does not have any professional relationship as employees or representatives of RadBR; c.5) RadBR reserves the right to change any of its services offered at any time. d) Violating or attempting to violate the rules may result in modifications and/or removal of Skill Points, attributes and belongings; temporary suspension, permanent ban and/or removal of characters and accounts, with no compensation to be considered. The sanction is based on criteria determined solely by RadBR and can be imposed without any prior notice. d.1) The RadBR Team conducts, for each report and/or case of infraction and rule breaking, detailed, multi-articulated investigations and analyses, and, therefore, determines intervention measures that best fit the infraction or irregularity; d.2) Therefore - although it does not fit all cases in terms of severity, recurrence, urgency, or related -, the RadBR Team always initially prefers instruction in milder cases, so that, in cases of recurrence, proportionally more severe intervention measures are applied; d.3) Likewise, the RadBR Team also engages in its investigations and analyzes in detail, multi-articulated, and, therefore, determines potential aggravating or mitigating factors for infractions - such as intentionality, recidivism, modifiers of evidence provided in reports, accumulation of history of infractions, or infractions together -, which may increase or decrease the severity of the intervention measure applied; d.4) As stated, depending on the severity, the scope of aggravating factors, and/or the intense history of infractions, intervention measures may result in temporary banishment, permanent banishment (365 days), indefinite banishment (with no release period), or total account blocking; d.5) Let us remember that the RadBR Rules and Guidelines, in this present collection of rules and regulations, already have the force of intervention and the character of primary instruction, and therefore are already the initial warning against infractions, irregular conduct, and breaches of rules in general; e) If a topic has not been cited, dissected, or related among multiple factors in the RadBR General Rules and Guidelines, or has not received much attention in these rules, this does not mean that it is not open to analysis of potential infringement ; e.1) RadBR, its community, its game relationships, and its platforms, have a great complexity of relationships, in millions of variables, and therefore cases may arise where extraordinary and/or multi-articulated analysis is necessary, using the Rules and General Guidelines and the general well-being of the community, as well as the good functioning of the server, as main evaluation parameters; e.2) Therefore, it is recommended to always follow instructions and warnings from the RadBR Team, with the force of rule in specific situations, before or after containing the situation. f) The terms and rules may be modified at any time, without prior notice
