Rules
RadBR is a server that provides emulation services for an online game. In order to ensure that the game remains enjoyable for all players, we expect everyone to behave rationally and respectfully, and by creating or using an account, users agree to comply with the following terms. Some details and extensions of these rules will be available on our forum, whose link can be found at the end of this page. RadBR reserves the right to restrain inappropriate behavior within the game, website, and any other part of its services. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following violations: 1. Names Applies to characters, guilds, and the meaning and/or spelling of names, including derivatives. a) Offensive Names Names containing insults, racist and/or sexual content, references to drugs, embarrassing and/or censurable terms, or potentially controversial subjects such as political or religious matters and/or highly sensitive themes. b) Invalid Formatting Names containing poorly formatted words and/or meaningless combinations of letters. c) Illegal Advertising in Names Names containing illegal advertising, directly or indirectly, and/or unrelated to Tibia or RadBR. d) Rule Violation Related Names Names that support, encourage, advertise, or force rule violations. e) Staff Related Names [1] Names used by current members of the RadBR team and/or intentionally resembling them. f) Names of Creatures, NPCs, or Named Game Elements Names that resemble or equal names of creatures, NPCs, or figures from RadBR. • Names that directly violate RadBR Rules and Guidelines may be subject to the Namelock Protocol, where the system automatically generates a new random name for the character. • In addition to the Namelock Protocol, character name violations may also receive harsher punishments, including bans or account termination. 2. Actions a) Offensive Actions Practicing, inducing, or encouraging discrimination, prejudice regarding race, color, ethnicity, religion, or nationality, references to drugs, and/or any offense toward other players, staff members, the server, and/or threats. b) SPAM Excessive repetition of identical or similar messages, poorly formatted and/or meaningless text. c) Illegal Advertising Requesting, advertising, providing, and/or sharing links containing advertisements for other games or platforms, brands, products, third-party services, cracks, serials, patches, keygens, pornographic links, and/or cheating websites. d) Off-Topic Any subject unrelated to the respective game channel. e) Privacy Violation Sharing personal information of third parties, whether true or not. f) Severe Privacy Violation In cases involving extremely sensitive third-party data, whether true or not, interventions and/or punishments may be more severe, potentially resulting in indefinite bans and/or account termination. g) Relation to Rule Violations Actions that help, encourage, advertise, or force rule breaking. h) Threats and/or Real-Life Attitudes Threatening or taking actions that harm other players in real life. i) Power Abuse Any systematic action intended to create false rules within the server is considered power abuse [2]. Definitions: • Hunting beginners or weaker players without apparent reason. • Charging anything in exchange for not killing a player who is not hunted. • Hunting players unrelated to wars or similar situations. *¹ All hunts must be justified on the RadBR forum [2]. Players who systematically organize abusive hunts against others will be warned and, in case of recurrence, punished with interventions that may result in permanent bans. 3. Regulation of Journey Assistance Software: BOT The use of BOTs, macros, and similar programs is regulated as follows: a) BOT Although not endorsed, recommended, instructed, or indicated by RadBR or its Staff, BOT functions are allowed on RadBR servers as long as they do not directly harm server stability or player well-being. a.1) RadBR allows the use of BOTs based on popular demand and player feedback, as a journey assistance feature, but does not endorse or recommend them. a.2) Therefore, RadBR is not responsible for any problems, conflicts, disputes, or related issues arising from BOT usage. a.3) Likewise, RadBR neither recommends nor takes responsibility for downloading external BOT software, related files, or scripts. a.4) The implementation of integrated BOT functions in our Official Client serves only as a journey assistance feature. RadBR also does not recommend or take responsibility for unofficial downloads of scripts, modifiers, macros, or related content. b) It is forbidden to use weaker characters as fronts to benefit stronger characters. c) Using any means that provide advantages or actions that the investigative and detailed analysis of the RadBR Team considers excessive or abusive. 4. Regulation of Journey Assistance Software: Multi-Client (MC) The use of multiclient and/or any software that grants unfair advantage is regulated as follows: a) Multi-Client is defined as using two or more characters simultaneously, regardless of whether it is on the same computer or multiple computers on the same network, including different or disguised connections [3]. b) Multi-Client use is allowed in basic situations such as hunting or enjoying monsters and open areas, based on player demand and feedback. c) Multi-Client use is also allowed for quests, missions, group activities, and bosses, provided it does not harm other players’ experiences and only assists personal progression and enjoyment. c.1) Cases where Multi-Client use is considered abusive, excessive, or harmful to the server or players may receive prior warnings or instructions from the RadBR Team. c.2) In such cases, recurrence of abusive Multi-Client use may result in punishments. d) Multi-Client use in PvP dynamics such as conflicts and wars is allowed, with a maximum of 4 characters per player. d.1) PvP Multi-Client use must obey all server rules, Multi-Client regulations, and PvP regulations. d.2) PvP Multi-Client use for unjustified frags or abusive persecution in unfair numbers or abuse of MC permissibility may receive interventions or punishments, also based on section 2. Actions *¹. e) Multi-Client use for events, social dynamics, or special activities may be restricted or prohibited if it negatively interferes with them, as specified in official RadBR announcements or notices, which carry rule force. e.1) Thus, if judged excessive or abusive, and officially instructed against, such usage may result in interventions or punishments. f) Multi-Client use to create disturbances, fake larger opinion samples or conflicts, or fabricate false reports on a larger scale is strictly prohibited. 5. Cheating and Abuse a) Spawn and Respawn Abuse Preventing/blocking creature respawns through runes, spells, or similar methods that stop creatures from appearing. a.1) Although spawn blocking is prohibited, it is important to note that Kill-Steal (KS) and luring are not currently considered infractions, based on player demand and feedback. a.2) However, aggravating circumstances, especially abusive luring or combined rule violations, may result in interventions or punishments. • The respawn of all creatures is currently unaffected by player presence. b) False Information False information, data, or misleading visual evidence intended to harm or boycott RadBR, its services, or the RadBR Team is strictly prohibited. b.1) False information intended to encourage boycotts or player exodus, or used maliciously to gain advantages over players, RadBR, or the Staff, may constitute a severe violation subject to harsher punishments. b.2) False information between players may also qualify as Privacy Violation according to section 2.e and 2.f. c) Unfair Trap Completely blocking the passage of non-PvP players or access to No-PvP areas. d) Dynamic Trap Preventing players from accessing events, social activities, or unrelated areas in PvP contexts is strictly prohibited. e) PvP Interference Unfairly interfering in wars, disputes, and similar situations. f) Frag Abuse Abusing the frag system in bad faith. Definitions: • Killing the same character repeatedly to climb frag rankings. • Intentionally dying so another player gains frags or skull status. • Players exploiting victims in this way may be punished. g) Methods to Evade Intervention or Punishment Attempting to evade investigations, interventions, or punishments by logging out, creating confusion, or related methods is prohibited. h) Anti-Game Behavior Actions causing discomfort, abuse, harm to other players, or direct or indirect damage to server stability. i) Bug Abuse Exploiting and/or using any flaw or weakness in any service. • If you discover a bug or suspect malfunctioning mechanics, you must immediately report it to the Team through a ticket. i.1) Bug abuse, whether simple or severe, is strictly prohibited due to its potentially catastrophic impact on server functionality and player well-being. i.2) Bug reports may take time to investigate and may initially be denied if no evidence is found or if partial fixes later prove ineffective. i.3) Investigation delays or report denial do not authorize bug abuse under any circumstance. i.4) Items, cosmetics, functions, or advantages obtained through bug abuse will be removed, and intentional abuse may result in punishment according to severity. i.5) Bug abuse may result in indefinite bans or account termination, including loss of characters, items, progress, and related assets, without compensation or transfers. j) Malicious Software, Files, or Links j.1) Sending malicious links, files, software, or scripts is considered a severe or extremely severe violation. j.2) This includes content intended to damage player devices, steal data, remotely access machines, compromise accounts, or force involuntary character actions. 6. Age Rating and Child/Teen Protection a) RadBR is rated as not recommended for players under 14 years old due to fantasy violence, online interaction, user chat, virtual commerce, and in-game purchases. b) By creating an account, accessing the site, downloading the client, using the game, forum, communication channels, or any RadBR service, users declare they are 14 years old or older and aware of RadBR’s age rating. c) Users under 18 must use RadBR services under parental or legal guardian supervision. d) RadBR does not offer loot boxes, gambling, betting, or random paid reward systems. e) Publishing, requesting, sharing, transmitting, or facilitating inappropriate or prohibited content for minors is forbidden, including pornography, sexually explicit material, gambling, exploitation, abuse, extreme real violence, drug encouragement, self-harm, or other prohibited content under applicable law. f) RadBR may remove content, restrict functionalities, apply MUTE, JAIL, bans, account restrictions, or other measures when identifying risks to minors, attempts to bypass age restrictions, or conduct violating child protection principles. 7. RadBR a) Impersonating Staff Pretending to be a staff member or claiming staff privileges or powers. b) Provoking Situations or Agitation Publishing internal or false information about the team and/or organizing boycotts against RadBR or its services. c) Propagation of Information from Other Servers Publishing or spreading information from other servers as if it belonged to RadBR. 8. Chat Channels All rules also apply to public and private RadBR chat channels. a) Off-Topic Content unrelated to the respective channel may result in direct MUTE without prior warning. b) Irregular Trade The only official trade channel is currently the Advertising Channel. b.1) Trade advertisements outside the Advertising Channel may receive direct MUTE. b.2) Trade advertisements in Game-Chat and Advertising Channels are expressly prohibited. c) Illegal Trade Trading involving items, accounts, assets, or related content from other servers, games, or platforms is prohibited. d) SPAM SPAM in Game-Chat, Help Channel, Reports Channel, private messages, and similar contexts is prohibited. e) Reports Channel False reports, misleading messages, or messages unrelated to reports are prohibited. f) Casts Channel Misuse of the channel through SPAM or unrelated interactions is prohibited. g) Team Messages Messages seeking teams, guilds, or recruitment may be posted in Game-Chat and Advertising Channels without SPAM, but never in the Help Channel. • Silent Clause: MUTE/muting is a measure where the RadBR Team blocks character messages for a specific period. MUTE durations may increase depending on severity and recurrence, potentially escalating to JAIL or bans. 9. Inactive Accounts and Characters RadBR periodically performs database cleanups, permanently deleting inactive accounts and characters. a) Level 100 or lower characters without reset inactive for over 6 months. b) Any no-reset character inactive for over 1 year. c) Accounts containing no characters. • No compensation will be provided for deleted accounts, characters, items, gold bars, or related assets. Deletion is irreversible. 10. Data Processing and Vital Matters a) Personal data collected through the website or services, including IP, account, password, email, conversation times, and opinions, are recorded for control and investigation purposes. b) All virtual data, including characters, accounts, and items, are properties of RadBR, which grants usage permission to players. This permission may be revoked at any time. c) RadBR is not responsible for accounts, characters, items, or related assets under any circumstances. Responsibility lies entirely with the player after account creation. c.1) RadBR reserves the right to analyze and judge individual or difficult cases. c.2) RadBR and the RadBR Team may conduct special investigations in complex cases. c.3) Such measures only apply when evidence and investigations sufficiently support player assistance. c.4) The RadBR Team is voluntary and unpaid, possessing no professional employment relationship with RadBR. c.5) RadBR reserves the right to alter any service at any time. d) Violating or attempting to violate rules may result in removal of Skill Points, attributes, items, temporary suspension, permanent bans, or account deletion without compensation. d.1) The RadBR Team conducts detailed investigations and determines appropriate measures according to each case. d.2) The Team generally prefers warnings in lighter cases before escalating punishments upon recurrence. d.3) Aggravating or mitigating circumstances such as intent, recurrence, report evidence, or accumulated history may alter punishment severity. d.4) Depending on severity and history, punishments may include temporary bans, permanent bans (365 days), indefinite bans, or full account termination. d.5) The Rules and Guidelines themselves already constitute formal notice against infractions and misconduct. e) If a subject is not explicitly addressed in the Rules and Guidelines, it does not mean it cannot be analyzed as a potential violation. e.1) RadBR, its community, relationships, and platforms involve enormous complexity, requiring extraordinary and multifactor analysis in certain cases. e.2) Therefore, players are always recommended to follow RadBR Team instructions and warnings, which carry rule force in specific situations. f) The terms and rules may be modified at any time without prior notice. 11.
